Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered officials in St. Petersburg to speed up construction of trouble-plagued 2018 World Cup stadium, the Zenit Arena.
Construction on the new stadium - which is scheduled to host a number of matches, including one of the semi-finals - began in 2007 but has fallen behind schedule.
In a decree published on the Kremlin's website on Monday, Putin said the venue - also known as the Krestovsky Stadium - and other infrastructure must be built on time.
